Financial Audit Services – Request for Proposal

The Eastern Oklahoma Library System is seeking proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting firms to provide independent financial audit services. The selected firm will conduct annual audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards and provide reporting to support financial transparency and accountability.
