Borrow a free pass to visit the Butterfly Papilion at Muskogee’s Honor Heights Park!

All Eastern Oklahoma Library System cardholders are able to reserve a free pass to Muskogee’s Butterfly Papilion. It’s easy!

        1. Place a hold on a pass with your library card

        2. Pick up the pass at Muskogee Public Library during regular library open hours.

        3. Present the pass at the Papilion for entry.

Passes are good for up to four people and expire in three days.

All residents of Muskogee, McIntosh, Cherokee, Sequoyah, Adair, and Delaware counties are eligible for an Eastern Oklahoma Library Card.

THE BUTTERFLY HOUSE AT HONOR HEIGHTS PARK

Watch the amazing metamorphosis of butterflies hatching daily throughout the summer months.  The Butterfly House welcomes visitors Mother’s Day Weekend through September 30th. LEARN MORE

STORYWALK® AT HONOR HEIGHTS PARK

Books are updated every six weeks to eight weeks. Fun and educational for all ages, the StoryWalk® is sponsored by Oklahoma Department of Libraries and Institute of Museum and Library Services. HONOR HEIGHTS PARK

a picture of honor heights parkThe idyllic setting of this 132-acre park makes it attractive to visitors year round. There are many picnic areas, two picnic shelters, a pavilion, a gift shop, gazebos, and public restrooms. You will also find activities such as fishing in 5 lakes & ponds from the shore or our fully accessible fishing docks, playground and splash pad, open play areas, and three tennis courts. LEARN MORE
