Tutor Training Orientation October 21st, 2024, 3-5 p.m.

Become a volunteer tutor today! No teaching experience needed. Join us in assisting adults 18 and over to obtain their GED, improve their English and, basic skills.

Make a difference in your community, and become a volunteer tutor. Registration Recommended.  Contact Penny Chastain Adult Literacy Coordinator at 918-682-6557, ext.112.

Training is held at the Muskogee Public Library, 801 W. Okmulgee Ave.

Requirements:

  • 21 and over
  • Proficient in English, reading, writing and speaking
  • High school diploma or equivalent
