Eufaula Memorial Library cooks up games, activities

There’s no better time of the year than now to sit back and enjoy the company of family and friends. A simple way to socially bond is by spending quality time and connecting through conversations, events, games, and activities.
Why not stir up some good times with a pinch of laughter, a helping of good company, and a whole heap of great events and activities by visiting the library?
The Eufaula Memorial Library offers a Family Connections program for patrons to come, relax, and enjoy each other’s company by completing coloring books and puzzles.
The coloring activities are leveled from beginner to advanced and offered as a family exercise, group engagement activity, or independent activity.
The library also has several programs that will interest youth and teens: a cooking class, sewing class, ornament-making craft class, and a performing arts satirical holiday performance for all ages.
The library is also offering a “Winter Wonderland Photoshoot” from 8:45-11:45 a.m. on December 2, 9, and 16 for families/groups to take pictures.
The first photo is courtesy of the library. For any additional photos, a gift of at least $1 donation each is gladly accepted.
Also in December, the library book sale will feature cookbooks and recipe manuals just in time to warm your heart (all sales benefit the summer reading program).
Last, but definitely not least, please join us in a “Walk Down Eufaula Memorial Memory Lane.” On December 29 and 30, the library will recognize and give tribute to the library’s history and the librarians who helped make the library a lighthouse in the community.
Photos and facts about Eufaula Memorial Library will be available for friends, patrons, stakeholders, and the entire community to share.
Please visit and follow us on Facebook or visit our website at eols.org/eufaula for other events and activities.
