Now Available: Online Reservation for Public Meeting Spaces at EOLS Libraries

The Eastern Oklahoma Library System offers the public free use of library meeting rooms in six counties, at 15 libraries. These free meeting spaces vary in size and room capacity, but all include free Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, and Chromebooks for public use.

Non-profit organizations and individuals may use the free meeting room for public meetings or offering charitable services, but not for private parties or business activities such as selling items. Study rooms are also available that seat two to four people and include Wi-Fi, tables, and chairs for public use.

Use the system’s room reservation page at www.eols.org/reservations to find a space that suits your needs. Read the EOLS Meeting Room Policy for details, then select your location, room, date, and time. Study room reservations are automatically approved. Meeting room reservations will be reviewed before approval, and a library staff member will contact you to confirm your reservation if it is available and if your plans meet the policy requirements.
